Are you a youth or young adult between the age of 13-25? Do you want more independence but need more skills or knowledge to be successful? If so, this course is for you. Adulting 101 is a course designed to assist young people to learn, grow, and practice the skills needed to work towards or improve independence. This class will cover decision making/goals, peer pressure, healthy relationships, resiliency and more.
