Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) is a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach that helps parents better understand the needs behind their child’s behavior and respond in ways that build connection, trust, and felt safety.

This training is designed specifically for biological parents, providing access to the same TBRI principles and strategies offered to foster, kinship, and other caregivers.

Parents will learn practical tools to:

• Strengthen connection and attachment with their child
• Understand how stress, trauma, and difficult experiences can influence behavior
• Respond to challenging behaviors while maintaining connection
• Support emotional regulation and felt safety
• Build trust and strengthen the parent-child relationship
• Create opportunities for healing, growth, and stronger family relationships
